Boon Siew Honda Sdn Bhd (BSH) has just announced their latest updated 2017 Honda CB500X which now comes with a brand new exhaust design plus three new colours.
The three new colours for the latest CB500X generation are Asteroid Black Metallic, Candy Rosy Red and Pearl Horizon White (available for the CB500XA).
BSH has priced the updated 2017 Honda CB500X from RM31,893.28 (Standard) up to RM35,391.28 (CB500XA with ABS).

Powered by a 471cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled parallel twin engine, the current CB500X produces a healthy 49.6hp at 8,500rpm and 44Nm of torque upon hitting 7,000rpm.
What makes the CB500X even more unique is that the ‘triangle’ proportion of crankshaft, main shaft and countershaft is very similar to that of Honda’s four-cylinder RR engines and much of the internal structure and engineering is taken directly from both the CBR600RR and CBR1000RR.

Weighing just below the 200kg mark (kerb), the CB500X is light on its feet and as far as endurance goes, it’ll cover quite a distance with its 17.5-litre fuel tank before one need to stop for refuelling purposes.
The latest 2017 Honda CB500X range will be available at all Honda Impian showrooms starting today. BSH also has confirmed the prices at RM31,893.28 (Standard) up to RM35,391.28 (CB500XA with ABS). All prices shown are basic prices with GST.
The model comes with two years or 20,000km manufacturing warranty (whichever comes first).
