2025 Honda X-ADV has Arrived in Malaysia – From RM69,999

The much-awaited 2025 Honda X-ADV has arrived in Malaysia, priced from RM69,999 to RM70,999, depending on your choice of colourway.

This year’s model hosts many new features, updates, and revisions such as electronics, smoother DCT, (long-requested) cruise control, build material, etc.

2025 Honda X-ADV

Powertrain and transmission
  • The engine remains unchanged from its debut in 2017.
  • It is a 745cc liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC 8-valve parallel-twin engine, delivering strong low-to-mid RPM torque, producing 57.7 hp (43 kW) at 6,750 rpm and peak torque of 69 Nm at 4,750 rpm.
  • Enhanced Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) delivers seamless AT/MT shifting, automatic RPM adjustment for smooth deceleration, and direct traction response, ensuring a dynamic, stall-free ride.

  • The DCT has been revised to ensure smooth shifting by automatically blipping to reduce shock, and direct traction response (much like a quickshifter with auto-blipper).
  • Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) optimizes power delivery with riding modes and DCT for smooth, responsive performance.

Electronics
  • New Human Machine Interface (HMI) based cruise control ensures effortless operation.
  • 5-Inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync enables smartphone integration, navigation, and music control via Bluetooth.
  • New Daytime (Running Lights (DRL) features twin LED projectors with integrated turn signal, improving visibility and safety.

  • Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) optimizes power delivery with riding modes and DCT for smooth, responsive performance.
  • Automatic Turn Signal Canceller detects lane changes and turns, stopping the signal automatically for added safety.
  • Honda Smart Key System provides keyless ignition, handlebar locking, seat and fuel lid access.

  • Dual-Channel ABS prevents wheel lock-up, ensuring stable braking and better traction on all terrains, especially in wet conditions.
Other new features
  • 3-step Adjustable Windscreen allows one-handed height adjustments with a 139mm range for personalised wind protection.
  • 22-litre under-seat storage fits a full-size helmet, includes a USB Type-C port, enhanced LED light, and luggage divider.

  • Using Durabio™ biomass material as an effort for more sustainable and responsible material usage while retaining durability and scratch resistance. Using Durabio™ eliminates carbon dioxide emissions associated with traditional painting.
  • Additionally, the redesigned seat features 10% more cushioning, improving both rider comfort and ground reach.
