The second final 2021 Ducati World Premiere web series presented us with the very special and limited 2021 Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini edition, a collaboration between two giant Italian brands in the region with the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37.
Ducati’s latest rendition of its ‘technocruiser’ carries all the design concepts straight from the Lamborghini Siàn FKP 37 with redesigned body panels, forged wheels, carbon fibre air intakes and radiator covers, and a special edition livery.
Finished in ‘Gea Green’, the 2021 Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini rides on specially-designed forged wheels finished in ‘Electrum Gold’ as well as the classic Ducati red Brembo calipers. This beautiful piece of work is the result of the joint work of Centro Stile Ducati and the Centro Stile Lamborghini.
The number 63 on the side represents the year Lamborghini was found, which is in 1963. That is also why there will only be 630 units available for global consumption. And we’re probably guessing that it’ll be sold out in a heartbeat as both Ducati and Lamborghini enthusiasts will tussle over this beauty.
Other special features include a redesigned exhaust silencer cover, spoiler, central tank cover, seat cover, seat cover, front and rear mudguards, dashboard cover and headlight frame, which are all made using that tasty carbon fibre material.
The US market will be selling the 2021 Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini at around $32,000, which is roughly over RM130,650 when directly converted with today’s exchange rates. Knowing Ducati Malaysia, we’ll probably get a couple of units into the local market and they’ll probably be sold way before the crate is opened.
