The Ducati Monster has achieved one heck of a milestone last week when the 350,000th unit was personally delivered to the customer by the brand’s CEO and Ducati Design Centre Director, Claudio Domenicali and Andrea Ferraresi. That’s a very outstanding figure, especially for this particular Italian brand.
The very lucky owner, Sebastien Francois Yves Hervé De Rose, received his very special Ducati Monster 1200 S in Borgo Panigale. The cherry on top of the icing was the addition of a personalized plate showcasing that this is indeed the 350,000th Ducati Monster model in the world together with a signed certificate and sketch of the bike by designer, Angelo Amato.
This is quite impressive for the Monster family since its debut back in 1992. With the introduction of the new 2021 Ducati Monster, the number will just keep on growing before the Italian manufacturer celebrates the Monster’s 30th anniversary in 2022.
For your information, the new 2021 model has not even arrived at showrooms yet and we’re guessing that the Monster family will live on for years to comes as the brand’s best-selling model of all time. 350,000 sold around the world is a huge statement to make, especially coming from Ducati whose primary focus is just on premium bikes.
