Ducati Malaysia (Next Bike Sdn Bhd) this week opened its latest outlet, Ducati Penang.
Ducati Penang’s opening marked several milestones for the famed Italian bikes brand here in Malaysia as it becomes the brand’s first 3S outlet to open in the peninsula’s northern region. The outlet is owned and operated by Sheng Fatt Superbike Sdn Bhd, making it only the second authorised dealer endorsed by Ducati Malaysia after Welly Ducati in Sungai Buloh.
Built at the cost of RM1.5 million, the 10,000 square feet four-storey facility is sited nearby the iconic Komtar building along Jalan Dato Keramat. Inside, the outlet boasts a sales showroom displaying the complete range of Ducati models, as well as authorised merchandise available in Malaysia.
More importantly, Ducati Penang is a 3S centre, housing a full-fledged service centre with six service bays. Staffed by trained technicians, the service centre is also aided with a spare parts store that ensures all its customers with a comprehensive after-sales service.
Ducati Penang will now serve all Ducati owners presently residing on the island, as well as other parts of the peninsula’s northern region. The showroom operates daily from 10am to 8pm (Monday to Saturdays) and 11am to 6pm (Sundays). The service centre operates from 10am to 6pm on weekdays, 10am to 1pm on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.
