Ducati unveils 2020 Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE

If you already have your eyes on the 2020 Ducati Hypermotard 950, the Italian manufacturer has just announced a new variant in the form of the 2020 Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE. This version got a lot of attention when the concept model was displayed during the 2019 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Coming in hot with the new ‘graffiti’ paintwork, the Ducati Hypermotard 950 RVE is based on the base spec with the addition of the bi-directional quickshifter (DQS) as standard which was initially offered as the standard equipment only for the SP variant.

The RVE, however, does not come with the forged Marchesini aluminium wheels and Ohlins suspension package. Nevertheless, the sweet paintwork in itself is already a masterpiece considering that they’ve employed a new paint method and trained staff to get the job done with the highest level of quality.

It still carries the wheelie-happy 937cc V-Twin Testastretta 11° engine which produces 114hp and 96Nm of torque. It’s also fitted with all the premium Ducati electronics like selectable riding modes, power modes, Bosch Cornering ABS EVO, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) EVO.

There’s no news on when or if this model will make its way to Malaysia. You can still get the base model from RM75,900. For more info, check out our official review in the link, below. The Italian Hooligan just got prettier, folks.
