After last year’s success with the first ever Honda Asian Journey trip from Thailand to the Sepang International Circuit, Honda has announced that there will be a second convoy planned for 2017.
This year’s journey will give participants a chance to test out some of Honda’s high performance motorcycles such as the CB500, CBR1000RR, Africa Twin, Goldwing and many more.
The four-day long 2017 Honda Asian Journey will be from 26 October to 29 October 2017 where participants will ride from Melaka all the way to Genting Highlands before heading back down to SIC for the MotoGP Malaysian round.
Honda has made an exciting announcement that the Honda group of companies in Asia and Oceania will organise the second ever Honda Asian Journey 2017. This time around, the Honda boys will be going on a 600km adventure across Peninsular Malaysia in a period of four days.
The Honda convoy will start its journey on 26 October 2017 and will end on 29 October 2017 with the final stop planned at the MotoGP Malaysian round at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) similar to last year. Last year’s event saw around 50 riders joining the first ever Honda Asian Journey with participants from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and also Malaysia.
Also similar to last year, all participants will get the golden opportunity to try out a number of different high performance Honda motorcycles throughout the four-day journey which models such as the CB500 range, CBR1000RR superbike, Africa Twin range and the super touring Goldwing.
Honda has stated that their newly planned route from Melaka heading up to Bukit Tinggi and Genting Highlands before heading back down to the infamous Sepang International Circuit for one of the world’s greatest motorcycle race events of all time that is the MotoGP.
