Moto Guzzi V85 TT gets updated for 2021

Moto Guzzi will be celebrating its 100th year anniversary this year and to kick things off, they’ve unveiled the updated 2021 Moto Guzzi V85 TT. This ‘retro enduro’ model gets some significant updates, especially in the engine department.

Based on the V9 model, the 2021 Moto Guzzi V85 TT gets a few upgrades for its 853cc transverse 90° engine with titanium intake that is said to improve torque delivery within the low and mid-power range. There are no figures just yet, but the previous-gen model produced 80hp at 7,750rpm and 80Nm torque at 5,000rpm.

This is all thanks to the addition of optimized pushrod and rockers timing cam plus other bits in the electronics department. It is also safe to assume that the power-to-weight ratio has been slightly improved thanks to new spoked rims that are 1.5kg lighter which can now be fitted with tubeless tyres.

Riding modes are increased to five (Street, Rain, Off-Road + Sport & Custom). Future customers can choose between several colour options and graphics – Nero Etna, Giallo Mojave and Rosso Uluru. If you opt for the V 85 TT Travel variant, you’ll also get a larger touring screen, panniers, LED lights and heated grips. Official prices will be announced soon.
