Prices dropped for Modenas Pulsar RS200 & Dominar D400

Modenas has just announced that they’ll be officially dropping the prices for two models in their street bike segment, the Modenas Pulsar RS200 and Modenas Dominar D400. Effective immediately, both models see prices being reduced by 12% and 11% respectively from the previous prices offered across the country.

Looking at the Modenas Pulsar RS200, a 12% reduction sees the bike now being offered at a new price of RM9,990 (basic price excluding road tax, insurance & registration). Compared to its previous price tag of RM11,350, that’s quite a drop of RM1,360.

As for the touring-capable Modenas Dominar D400, you can now get one at a cool price of RM13,788 compared to its previous price tag of RM15,488 (prices excluding road tax, insurance, and registration). That’s a drop of 11% or RM1,700 which you can save (or use to upgrade your riding experience with premium riding gear or bike accessories. Sweet.)

According to Mr Roslan Roskan, CEO of Modenas, “Through improvements in our production process, we have managed to significantly bring down the manufacturing costs for the Modenas Pulsar RS200 and Modenas Dominar D400 models, and MODENAS is passing these cost savings to all two-wheel enthusiasts to make both these popular models much more affordable in Malaysia,” says Roslan.
