Aveta Motorcycles Introduces New Initiative For Better Ownership Experience

Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia reached a significant milestone with the introduction of the Aveta Service Corner (ASC). The ASC, located within Aveta dealerships, is designed to ensure a hassle-free ownership experience for Aveta Motorcycle customers.

Steven Lim, the Group Managing Director of Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia, emphasized the ASC’s purpose in providing customers peace of mind. Dedicated dealers and service centers equipped with specialized tools aim to facilitate efficient maintenance and repairs for Aveta motorcycles.

The Aveta Service Corner is stocked with the necessary tools for servicing and repairs, and Aveta ensures that mechanics receive comprehensive training to work on all models, accompanied by branded t-shirts. Each ASC is also equipped with a bike lift and a tool drawer provided by Aveta.

The inaugural ASC was launched in collaboration with Ann Chuan Motor in Klang, marking the first of 30 ASCs scheduled for nationwide launch in 2024. This initiative is part of Aveta’s broader Customer Care program, which includes the already operational Mobile Service Fleet and the upcoming appointment of dedicated stockists in 2024.
