Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has announced that their 2019 Yamaha Ego Solariz will now be available in four new exciting colours. These new colour options are Red, Blue, Cyan, and Gold. Those who are looking for their very first scooter to roll around right after getting your license can consider the Ego Solariz for its styling as well as rider-friendly qualities.
The new colour options for the 2019 Yamaha Ego Solariz are already available at all authorised Yamaha dealers nationwide with prices remain unchanged at RM5,234 (on-the-road price without insurance & road tax). That’s quite a good deal, especially for beginner riders considering that the scooter only weighs 94kg (wet) and primed with 4.2 litres of fuel.
Powered by a 125cc single-cylinder Blue Core technology (the ability to produce more power while using less fuel), the Yamaha Ego Solariz produces around 9.4hp (7kW) at 8,000rpm and 9.6Nm of maximum torque at 5,500rpm. All of its power is sent to the rear wheel via a v-belt automatic transmission unit.
