The regional arm of the famed Harley-Davidson brand have awarded its Dealer of the Year 2021 title across Asia Emerging Markets (AEM) to Harley-Davidson of Penang. Located at 1679, G1, Jalan Perusahaan, Highway Auto-city, 13600 Perai, Penang, the outlet has been in continuous operation since it first opened back in 2019.
The award, which specifically covers the brand’s Asia Emerging Markets (AEMs), assesses each dealership’s performance through customer satisfaction, commitment to training, as well as sales, service, parts, accessories, and Harley-Davidson apparel performance.
In receiving this award, Harley Davidson of Penang had beaten dealers from nine other markets including Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
Notably, Harley-Davidson of Petaling Jaya – the brand’s flagship Malaysian centre located within the ground of The Gasket Alley, PJ – was also ranked as the fifth best dealership in the region.
