Pictures and videos paint a thousand words, but Ducati Malaysia has assured that the situation is being handled with the utmost care and dedication, especially to any bike owners affected.
Their latest press statement by Next Bike Sdn Bhd’s Head of Company, Dennis Michael, introduced the Complimentary Ownership Enhancement Programme for affected Ducati bike owners.

Following the flash flood that occurred at the Ducati PJ Showroom in April 2020, Ducati Malaysia continues its commitment to meet the needs of their customers and affected parties by introducing the Complimentary Ownership Enhancement Programme.
Through the programme, all customers whose bikes were affected by the flash flood will be given the following benefits:
- Complimentary 12-month extended warranty period
- Complimentary 38-point inspection
- Free 12 months roadside assistance (Bike Warrior) by Allianz General Insurance
Ducati Malaysia has already reached out to the affected customers individually to inform them of the Complimentary Ownership Enhancement Program and their entitlements as well as its terms & conditions. We have also provided affected customers with continuous updates to assure them on the status of their bikes while they were being fixed.
