MV Agusta is known for their super premium line-up of powerful bikes and some very well-known special edition models. Their latest endeavour involves a one-of-a-kind MV Agusta F3 800 painted in the colours of UNICEF to show their support for children worldwide.
It was last weekend during the UNICEF Summer Gala in Sardinia that this special MV Agusta F3 800 in special livery made its debut. Together with several other key items placed in an auction, all of the proceeds went straight into the charity institution.
The F3 800 alone got a very fine donation of €100,000 (around RM466,770) thanks to a very well-off MV Agusta collector. That’s some serious money for a bike that costs five times less than the amount paid by the donator but hey, it’s for a good cause.
According to MV Agusta CEO, Timur Sardarov, “I am so happy that our special F3 800 for UNICEF Italia found such a generous buyer. All our motorcycles are hand-crafted, and it takes an incredible amount of pride, passion and experience to manufacture one.”
“This special one is unique, and to know it will serve a unique cause makes every woman and man involved in its production even prouder. I wish to thank UNICEF Italia for giving us this opportunity to support them in defending vulnerable children.”
