Boon Siew Honda has officially unveiled the 2021 Honda CBR150R for the Malaysian market.

Marketed as the new baby brother of the Honda CBR250RR, this 150cc sports bike comes with a number of big-bike parts with a reasonable price tag.

Design-wise, the 2021 Honda CBR150R does carry the CBR250RR cues, especially its front headlight setup.

All LED lights from front to back gives the bike a more modern and aggressive appeal while its fully digital meter display further amps its sporty look and feel.

Underneath all that jazz lies a 150cc single-cylinder DOHC PGM-Fi engine that produces around 16hp (12kW) at 9,000rpm and 14.4Nm of torque at 7,000rpm.

All that power is sent to the rear wheel via a six-speed manual transmission with the addition of an assist/slipper clutch.

Just like the CBR250RR, the 2021 CBR150R also comes with upside/down front forks, which are becoming more common on entry-level bikes nowadays.

Interestingly the 2021 CBR150R is equipped with a dual-channel ABS model and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) for added safety.

There are two colours available namely Mat Charcoal Gray Metallic and Candy Scintillate Red.

The 2021 Honda CBR150R is available for a price of RM12,499.

Husqvarna has been caught testing the next-generation Svartpilen 401 in the U.K.

The Svartpilen burst into the scene in 2018 as a friendly dinky retro motorcycle for new riders.

However, fast forward to 2021, the Bajaj build small capacity motorcycle has since facing stiff competition from other major brands.

Looking at the spy shots by MCN, the Svartpilen 401 features a similar engine setup as the new KTM Duke 390 and RC390.

While not much can be said about the new-gen Svartpilen, one of the most striking changes is the new steel trellis frame.

It also features a new design, notably the exposed frame and sub-frame previously hidden by extensive bodywork. Other significant changes include a new swingarm that is now bolted to the back of the frame.

The test mule also features a new radial front brake calliper which should improve the motorcycle braking capabilities.

Judging from the new bodywork, it is safe to assume that the Svartpilen has received a significant overhaul instead of just a revised Euro 5 engine.

Currently, the Svartpilen 401 is powered by a 373cc single-cylinder engine capable of producing 44hp @ 9,000rpm and 37Nm @ 7,000rpm.

While we don’t think there could be a major power boost from the new engine, the new motor could offer an improved rev-range than its predecessor.

BMW has just announced a new electric bicycle at the IAA Mobility show in Munich, Germany.

Dubbed as the i Vision AMBY, the e-bike frame uses similar suspension components to other high-end electric bicycles, including a Gates carbon belt drive.

However, the electronic package is 100% build by the German marquee.

Hence the i Vision AMBY is equipped with a high-power motor and a huge 2,000 Wh battery that BMW claimed can reach a range of up to 300km in its lower power mode.

Users can select between 25km/h, 45km/h or 60km/h speed settings that can be adjusted via a smartphone app.

However, you must register the bike and get a license plate first for users who intend to go faster than the 25km/h European legal speed limit.

Honda recently launched the all-new CB200X in India, an adventure motorcycle based on the same engine found on the Hornet 2.0.

We are now able to take a look at detailed photos of the new motorcycle thanks to the latest report by BikeDekho.

The overall design of the CB200X shares the same characteristic as its bigger siblings, the CB500X; however, some aspects are taken from the Hornet 2.0, especially the angular V-shaped LED headlights.

Other features include a tall windscreen, a wide handlebar, engine protector, handguards and split seats.

It also offers the same instrument cluster found on the Hornet 2.0 that allows smartphone connectivity and navigation.

Nonetheless, the CB200X comes with higher ground clearance, longer travel suspension and 276mm disc at the front and 220mm at the rear.

Other exciting features include an upside-down fork, preload-adjustable monoshock and 17″ alloy wheels.

Meanwhile, the 184.4cc single-cylinder engine churns out 16.3hp @ 8,500rpm and 15.5Nm @ 6,000rpm.

According to reports in India, the CB200X is priced at INR144,500 (RM8.2k) and is available in Sports Red, Matte Selene Silver Metallic and Pearl Nighstar Black.

Husqvarna has unveiled its entire electric motorcycle and scooter concept ahead of IAA Mobility Show in Munich.

This is the first time the Swedish company has rolled out all three electric vehicles to the public.

 

Starting off with the Husqvarna Vektorr, the electric scooter gives out a very futuristic vibe.

While it may look fast, the e-scooter tops at just 45km/h, making it suitable for every range of riders. However, the low speed helps boost the range to 95km, thus ideal for city use.

 

There’s no word yet what sort of power it uses, but it is unlikely it will carry anything larger than a 3kW motor.

Next is the Husqvarna E-Pilen concept, which was first unveiled back in April.

Compared to the Vektorr, the E-Pilen portrays similar design cues from the gas-powered Svartpilen and Vitpilen, thanks to a circular shape LED headlamp and almost the same tank that now fits three battery setups.

Husqvarna claims the E-Pilen is powered by an 8kW motor capable of delivering a top speed of between 100-120km/h with a maximum distance of 100km.

While both models look promising, there is no guarantee that any of these two-wheelers will make it to the production line anytime soon, but there’s nothing wrong with putting our hopes up.

If you own a Ducati Panigale V4, chances are you might have swapped out the standard exhaust in exchange for a performance-oriented exhaust system.

However, if you are in the market to search for a new one, you are in luck as Termignoni has just dropped the D200 full titanium twin-pipe exhaust system.

The D200 offers the proper bump in performance and sound, including substantial weight reduction, and creates a whole new aesthetic of the Panigale V4 by replacing the stock underbelly exhaust with an under tail setup.

The full-kit features titanium headers, titanium RHT silencers with carbon fibre end-caps, heat shields, brackets, ‘ Limited Edition’ plate, and (lasered) Titanium wording.

However, do not that the new D200 titanium exhaust system is only for track-use; therefore, they are not street-legal.

The Termignoni D200 titanium exhaust is available for EUR6,344 (RM31.2l).
