Royal Enfield Working On 4 New 350cc Motorcycle

Royal Enfield is set to unveil four new 350cc motorcycles by the end of 2022.

According to reports in India, the new models will be based on the company’s new J-platform that has been materialized with the Meteor 350 and Classic 350.

One of the four motorcycles will be the new Bullet 350, replacing the current Bullet 350 and Bullet 350 ES.

Meanwhile, another model will be a single-seater 350cc Bobber and is based on the Classic 350.

Interestingly, the Bobber 350 will feature a typical Bobber handlebar and whitewall tyres and is expected to be the most expensive 350cc range from Royal Enfield.

The other two motorcycles, codename J1C2 and J1C1 respectively, reportedly will be the most affordable 350cc range from the company, and it is expected to be a roadster style machine.

The 350cc powerplant is a single-cylinder fuel-injected air-oil cooling engine capable of producing 20.2hp and 27Nm and is mated to a 5-speed slick-shifting gearbox.

MV Agusta Reveals New Rapido E-Kickscooter – 4 Power Modes, 24Nm

MV Agusta has officially unveiled the all-new Rapido Serie Oro electric kickscooter, the company’s first e-scooter.

The Rapido Serie Oro is a new member of the MV Agusta e-mobility family after AMO, the company first electric bicycle.

Based on the premium Serie Oro, the Rapido offers a refined classic black/gold/red livery and features the most advanced technologies.

The Rapido features a magnesium alloy frame, 10″ tubeless front and rear tyres, dual hydraulic disc brakes and a 48V 500W brushless electric motor capable of generating up to 24Nm with a top speed of nearly 40km/h.

According to MV Agusta, the Rapido offers a generous 50km autonomy range.

Like all MV Agusta motorcycle range, the Rapido offers four power modes; pedestrian, Eco, Comfort and Sport Plus, which can be accessed via a 4″ digital LCD screen connected via smartphone.

The Rapido Serie Oro will be on sale via the online platform first for a price of EUR999 (RM4,700).

Hyosung Rolls Out New 300cc Bobber

Hyosung is adding another model to its current lineup with the new GV300SA, a tentative name for its 300cc V-Twin Bobber.

Set to compete with the likes of Honda CB350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350, the GV300SA is scheduled to make its way for the European market in 2022, as reported by Japanese publication, Young Machine.

The GV300SA is equipped with a 297cc 60-degree V-Twin that makes around 29hp and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

It also features KYB 51mm inverted front forks and tubeless spoke rims.

More info on the upcoming Bobber, including a detailed spec-sheet, is expected to be unveiled soon.

New Benelli TRK 800 To Make Global Debut At EICMA

Benelli is set to expand its adventure motorcycle range by introducing the all-new TRK 800.

Scheduled to be launched at EICMA this month, the TRK 800 is the bigger version of the TRK 502, the most popular adventure motorcycle in Italy.

The company also recently dropped a teaser showing us the design process of the upcoming TRK 800.

According to reports, the new TRK 800 is set to be powered by the same parallel-twin engine found in the Leoncino 800.

Reportedly, the TRK 800 will also get a TFT screen, Brembo brakes with Bosch dual-channel ABS and Kayaba suspension.

Meanwhile, Benelli is expected to introduce two versions of the TRK 800, a road version with 17″ cast wheels and an ADV version with spoke 19-17″ wheels.

Honda Rebel And Gold Wing Range Gets New Colour Update For 2022

A few Honda big bike ranges get a new splash of paint for 2022, including the Rebel 500, Rebel 1100 and GL1800 Gold Wing.

Honda GL1800 Gold Wing and Gold Wing Tour

The 7-speed DCT version of the Gold Wing Tour now features vibrant Glint Wave Blue Metallic and Pearl Glare White for 2022, joining the already available Gunmetal Black Metallic.

Meanwhile, the 6-speed manual Gold Wing Tour that is available only in Gunmetal Black Metallic now comes with a new blacked-out engine.

The DCT-only GL1800 Gold Wing is now available in a new Mat Jeans Blue Metallic.

Honda Rebel 500 and Rebel 1100

Since its introduction in 2017, the CMX500 Rebel is currently the best-selling custom motorcycle in Europe, with 33% are female riders.

For 2022, the Rebel 500 now features a brand-new Pearl Organic Green.

Its bigger siblings, the CMX1100 Rebel, get Pearl Stallion Brown colour scheme, joining the already available Gunmetal Black Metallic.

Nonetheless, the Rebel 500 continues to offer the same specifications, including assist/slipper clutch, LED lighting, and gear position indicator.

2022 Yamaha TMAX And TMAX Tech MAX Announced – New Frame, 7″ TFT Screen!

The most popular maxi-scooter in Europe, the Yamaha TMAX has been updated for 2022.

The 2022 TMAX and TMAX Tech Max get sportier style, compact body, and updated wheels and suspension.

At the core of the update is a new radical Supersport-inspired design thanks to a new aluminium frame and sportier riding ergonomics contributed by a slightly aggressive position.

Yamaha also equipped the new TMAX with a revamped adjustable screen with central air vent intake that helps reduce wind pressure.

The maxi-scooter also gets a reshaped front end, slimmer waist and new dual LED headlights that create a sportier front fascia.

The new TMAX is also lighter thanks to a new lighter Spin Forged 10-spoke wheels that helps to reduce front inertia by 10% and 6% at the rear.

It also features the Bridgestone Battlax SC2 as standard.

The Japanese firm also equipped the 2022 TMAX with a higher-spec 41mm USD front forks and a new single-shock rear.

Nonetheless, the new TMAX and TMAX Tech Max makes the same 47hp and 55.7Nm of torque from the 560cc engine.

Other exciting features include an all-new 7″ full-colour TFT with smartphone connectivity and Garmin maps connectivity replacing the analogue meter and LCD display available on the 2021 model.
